We process qualitative aluminium ingots procured from primary producers with purity more than 99.70% to manufacture aluminium EC & aluminium Alloy wire rods. Our aluminium wire rods are composed of Al 99.7%min, Fe 0.05~0.18%,Si 0.03~0.09%, Cu 0.005%, Zn 0.006, Mn 0.001, Mg 0.001, Cr 0.001 and B 0.005 elements. We pack these rods in export quality packaging material that ensures safe and easy delivery of the manufactured rods. Our Wire Rod stands up to the ASTM, DIN, BS, JS standard that makes them highly demanded among our clients based at Korea, Japan, Canada, USA, France, Singapore, Europe, Africa and several other countries.

We use superior quality of cement in conjunction with the finest quality of imported fibers to manufacture Corrugated Cement Sheets. Asbestos Fibre firmly 'locked in' with cement acts as reinforcement like Steel in RCC that makes the sheet strong and durable. These sheets are economical and better substitute for costly metallic sheets like Steel, Zinc and Aluminium. Unlike Metallic Sheets, Asbestos Sheets do not deteriorate, rust or corrode but get stronger with age and require no maintenance.

These cement sheets are known for their Good sound & Heat insulation, Light Weight and Vermin-Proof quality. Moreover their easy and quick installation makes them widely used in various sectors as roofing material. Some of the sectors where these are highly demanded are factory and industrial sheds, cinema halls, warehouses and food storage godowns, cold storage, railway stations & bus depots, agricultural sheds, work shops & garages, school buildings, low cost houses, army sheds, poultry & dairy farms, acoustic insulation, public utility sheds, cooling towers, workers abutments and many more.

Various accessories available with our range of cement sheets includes, apron pieces, north light curves, S type louvers, plain wing adjustable ridges, serrated adjustable ridges and close fitting adjustable ridges.

Our range of PLB HDPE Duct consists of 2 concentric layers, the outer layer being HDPE, co extruded with an inner layer of solid silicone permanent lubricant to reduce the internal coefficient of fraction (ICF). The ducts are also manufactured in homogeneous construction with inside layer containing smooth lubricants for easy and convenient pulling of cables. Alternatively the duct can be of a homogeneous construction without a separate inner layer.

The ducts are prominently marked with indelible ink at intervals of every meter to enable identification of the pipe. We mention various details like manufacturers name, size of the duct, serial number, date of manufacturer, sequential length marking at every meter, buyer’s identification and logo that eases the identification and delivery.

We use UV established HDPE resin for making the outer layer of PLB HDPE duct. These conform to several designation of IS-7328 or any equivalent standard meeting the requirements when tested as per IS-2530 standard.

Various accessories that we offer for joining the ducts are plastic couple, end plug, cable sealing plug, end cap, duct cutter, c-spanner, replacement blade, blowing equipment, nylon and pp rope.
