 MOC : Steam Generator made of 10mm thick prime quality mild steel plate.

Heater: Total Load 22 KW ./ 18 KW Interconnecting
pipe lines : Boiler Quality.

Fittings : Pressure Gauge, Safety Valve, Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, Sensor, Pressure Control Switch, Steam release Valve, NRV in Water feed line, Water drainage valves. Water Feed pump

Control Panel : Provided with Switches, Neons, Controller etc.

Insulation : Combination of Ceramic Blanket and aluminium sheet covering.

Capacity : 60 kg & 100 Kgs steam per hour

Electric/Gas operated  Steam Generator/ Mini Boiler.

 

MOC : Thick gauge mild steel plate.

 

Fittings : Pressure Gauge, Safety Valve, Pressure Control Switch, Digital Temperature Controller (for Electric Unit only). Water Feed Pump, Water level Gauge glass and necessary valves, Interconnecting pipe line.

 

Pressure : Max. 5 Kg/cm2.

 

Capacity : Maximum 60-80 Kgs steam per hour.

 

Boiler:

This smoke tube type oil fired boiler (non-IBR) is used for steam generation. Imported automatic burner with controls is provided which is very much cost effective and reduces the consumption of diesel. Coal/ Wood fired boiler is also available of same capacity.

MOC :  Fabricated from Mild steel prime plate and seamless pipe.

Fittings :  Fire bricks insulated oven, steam generator, pre heater , steam exhauster. Complete with pressure gauge, safety valves ,motorized water  feed pump,  water gauge glass  etc .
