He has made significant contributions in precision tool development & designing activities for stamping, cold forming, fine blanking and is well recognized as an expert in the field. Made up of high strength SG Iron and finished in CNC machines to the highest precision, we offer world-class deferential automobile casting parts like diff. spring set, pressure plate & saddle. Our differential casings have negligible voids, shrinks, gas pockets and almost none in critical areas. Some of the other prominent casting automobile parts offered by us are :
Diff. Friction Cone: It is a high strength cone of special grade S.G Iron machined to perfect fitment with casing.
Steel Hat: It is a forged alloy steel hat, that is accurately CNC machined to have better fitment and correct clutch plate movement.
Flange: It is also forged and perfectly machined flanges to suit different splined axles and heat treated for strength.

Press Tools

Equipped with complete range of design, manufacturing facilities and skilled team, we make simple to complicated press tools also small to very big tools. These are machined to perfectly fit with the casing. Our specialization is not only limited to manufacturing, processing and construction but we are also specially trained in multistage progressive tools, draw, forming and fine blanking tools. Apart from in-house facilities, we have also extended support for wire EDM and jig grinding works.

We are also one of the few counted names to develop more than one meter long premium quality aluminum metal moulds for deposit candy. First of its kind, and made through machining process at a very low cost, our manufactured PTFE (Teflon) coated moulds are featured with state-of-the-art ejection system. Neatly CNC machined to have better fit and correct clutch plate movement, they are highly durable and have longer life span. Specifically engineered with matched groups of components, we also offer rotary die set and operating cam that require less maintenance.

We are also manufacture precision sheet metal parts. Provided with unique features, they are based on sample or part drawing and are designed as per customers' specification.
