General Features.
1. The valves type LRH -15 are pilot operated control valves.
2. Sub plate mounting valves.
3. Spring or hydraulic offset, spring centering of main spool, electrical connection through plug in connector with indicator light.
Functional Description
4/3 Way Valves with spring centering of main spool
The main spool is held in the zero position by Two springs. Both spring chambers are connected to the tank via the
pilot valve. Pressurization of one spool area causes the spool to move into one the end positions, on unloading of
the pressurized spool area the oppositing spring returns the spool to the zero.
4/2 Way valves
different types are available
1. Only available for spool type S1 and S2. Pilot valve and main valve each have one spring for fixing of spool end position (guaranteed switching even with power failure).
2. Pilot valve has one spring to hold the spool in the end position. The main valve spool has no springs and is fixed in the end position hydraulically.
3. Pilot valve has one solenoids. No springs in pilot or main valve. The spool positions are fixed by means of solenoid energization. One solenoid must therefore always remain energized.
4. Pilot valve has two solenoids, the spool has detents in the end position (impulse valve). The main valve spool has no detents and moves into position when pressurized.
5. Pilot Oil Drain Y exteranal - Pilot Oil Drain Y internal - Pilot Oil Supply X external - Pilot Oil Supply X internal.
