Recognition to this fresh, innovative and technically oriented approach bore productive results sooner than expected. Right from its early stage of formation, contracts were awarded by some of the most eminent clients, architects and consultants in the country.
The organization can today be proud of having completed over 225 major projects, which include over 50 hotel projects, 40 software facilities, 50 commercial and residential complexes, 10 hospitals, 7 large institutional projects and 3 stadiums. Total value of works completed is approximately rs. 1850 millions, works in hand (50 projects) have cumulative value of over rs. 400 millions and the single largest project awarded to us has contract value of nearly rs. 100 millions.

These drawings are prepared with utmost passion to include clarity on critical elements and clear information. The details are prepared to enable the technicians to work with proper understanding in providing reliable, effective and technically sound installations.
P.V.C pipes should be stacked on level grounds. Alternatively, supports should be provided at base at 1.5M centres. Stack should not be more than seven layers high. If pipes of different sizes are stacked together, the largest diameter should be the lowest. Small pipes may be nested inside larger pipes.
Retain G.I coupling at end of G.I pipe till pipe is to be installed. Clean, inspect and if necessary, re - thread the factory - threaded pipes prior to installation.
Ensure that pipes are straight ( not bent ) prior to installation on vertical stacks and suspended lines.
Do not leave P.V.C pipes exposed to sun and unprotected - before or after installation.
Inspect C.I pipes and fittings for cracks prior to installation. A clear ringing sound should be heard when mildly struck with a light hammer.
Remove factory pasted stickers / paper from vitreous china sanitaryware and inspect for cracks prior to installation.
