| Over-Current Relay Test Kit Type: SI/CV series
We manufacture over-current relay test kit which provide undistorted sine wave injection current. Its performance is comparable to Alstom’s CFB test kit. It has digital panel meters for Volt/ Amp/ Timer. Suitable for both NO/ NC trip contacts of relays under test. It has input overload protection with MCB for current Injection and 0.5A glass fuse for auxiliary AC/DC outputs.
Applications
- Secondary injection testing of over-current and earth fault relays.
- Ideal for IDMT electromagnetic relays - similar to Alstom's CDG range.

Primary Injection Test Kit
Type: SI/PIK Series
We manufacture injection systems which are self contained fully integrated unit comprising of MCB, variac, isolated wound secondary injection transformer, dual ratio CT and ammeter. Input is provided with a 3 pin metal clad plug and socket with copper busbar output. It has a push button operated contactor with optional timer. Its powder coated ms enclosure with front panel protects it by a lockable cover and it is easily transportable on castor wheels.
Application: CT ratio testing, bus-bar heat runs etc.

| Loading Transformer
Type: SI/LTR Series
Light in weight, our loading transformer is easily portable with lifting handles. Enclosed in 5 mm thick hylam sheets its primary wound is without secondary windings. The output secondary winding to be wound at site through centre hole with adequately rated flexible copper cables for window type models only.
Application: CT ratio testing, Bus-bar heat runs etc.
Models: 1000A, 2000A, 3000A (Such as type: SI/LTR-10 for 5V model for 2000A, 10kVA)

MCB/ELCB Test Kits Type: SI/MCB Series
Our MCB test kits are light in weight and easily portable for on site testing. Compatible for NO / NC auxiliary trip contact selection. Their front panel equipment is protected against mechanical damage with lockable cover. They also have a 4 digit auto ranging time interval meter.
ELCB/RCCB Test Kits: As a light and portable unit for 100/500mA range of leakage current.
MCB Test Kits
- Application: Testing of MCBs and Bi-Metal Overload Relays.
- MCB Models: 100A/200A for MCBs, 1000A/2000A for MCCBs, (Such as type: I/MCB-100 for 100A).

Built in pre fabricated steel enclosure system (eg. President Rack/Ultima etc.), our electrical test bench trolley has a louvered and lockable - side panels, front and rear panel. Easy accessibility of components for maintenance, it has continuously variable AC/ DC power sources, Optional High voltage sources etc.

Digital Phase Analyser Type: SI/DPA
Our digital phase analyser has a VIP brief case assembled for easy portability. It is used to measure phase voltage/ current and phase angles between voltage to voltage, voltage to current and between current to current. It has front panel R, Y, B terminals for current in/ current out & potential terminals RN/ YN/ BN.
