Nickel Catalyst - Grade- SCAT-XT We manufacture Nickel Catalyst Grade- SCAT-XT, which is well-dispersed Nickel Catalyst, on a siliceous support. Protected in fully hydrogenated refined vegetable oil, is produced by dry reduction process for hydrogenation of vanaspati. This grade has very high linoleate selectivity, necessary to produce the required oxidation stability and texture in table oils and Vanaspati Ghee. The same catalyst has good Trans Isomer selectivity.
Our wide experience on a broad spectrum of feedstock is made use of by many Vanaspati and Bakery shortening units in India.

Nickel Catalyst - Grade- SCAT- AT We manufacture Dry reduced Nickel Catalyst Of Grade SCAT-AT, especially made for industrial purpose. This form of Nickel Catalysts are mainly used in the hydrogenation process of Non Edible Oil.
Suhans Dry reduced Nickel Catalyst grade SCAT-AT, exhibits extreme resistance to poisons as well as fast hydrogenation speeds to low hydrogenation speed. This is a high activity, highly dispersed promoted Nickel Catalyst, on a siliceous support, protected in fully hydrogenated refined oil, produced by a dry reduction process. It is a combination of regulated particle size, promoter and support.

Nickel Catalyst - Grade- SCAT ACS Our Nickel Catalyst Grade SCAT-ACS are manufactured by the dry reduction process and has optimal performance over wide spectrum of oils. It is used for hydrogenation of Non -edible oils and vegetable oils. This can also be used as a custom catalyst for specific applications.
Its is a promoted Nickel Catalyst, on a siliceous support, protected in fully hydrogenated refined Vegetable oil, produced by a dry reduction process. It can be used for filtration without filter aid, which adds to the better end product quality. It can stored for one year, without any noticeable change, in closed bags.
