Our bellows are used on all kinds of machines to provide protection for guideways and spindles, in those cases where no telescopic covers can be fitted due to space constrains. These bellows are produced with nylon fibre refine sheets. In some cases, the bellows are also constructed with scissors, bearings, rollers and stainless steel flaps where hot chips are present. Our Conduflex cable carriers is constructed out of a stainless steel shell with a high strength glass fiber reinforced nylon liner to guard cables and hoses from dirt, chips and debris found in machining environments. With versatility in its working, it works more efficiently. The length can be altered on the location itself and any type of connectors can be interchanged at the site itself. Further, we even provide repairing from time time.

Our link apron covers are used where telescopic covers or the Bellows can be fitted due to space constrain. These link apron covers lie directly on the bed / guideways and can hang down freely at the other end, which can be screwed on or wound around without any special guides. These link apron covers are made of Aluminum strips or MS strips. These strips are attached to a nylon fiber refine to make it continuous and leak proof.

We offer machine anti vibration mounts, which isolates the vibration and shock of the machine from the floor. It reduces the influences from other machine and eliminates the noise transferred from the floor or due to the resonance of building. Machine are stationary on the floor without anchors and it is required for keeping the machine in its position hence ensures in cost reduction of installation and saves time. Installation Process
Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine. After that insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount and screw it in until it reaches the bearing plate. This ensure to adjust the level of machine thereby tightening the nuts.

The helical metal spring guards (Centry Covers) made of 1095 polished blue carbon steel provide long life and maximum protection of the rods, shafts, and screws from chips and other destructive elements. It use lies as a safety barrier to seal off pinch points and other hazards to prevent operator injury. These helical metal coils surround and protect critical cylindrical mechanisms with overlapping coils that seal out the contaminants while wiping away dirt and debris with each thrust. The spring action holds the unit in place as it expands and compresses between two parallel surfaces. The user-friendly flanges can be used to position the cover, which is normally installed over the end of a rod, shaft or screw assembly.

Our telescopic covers are manufactured using high quality CRCA stainless steel sheets of thickness from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. These telescopic covers are constructed with high precision brass/nylon shoes, bushes, rollers, bearings. Each box of the cover is assembled with a leak proof polyurethane wiper which is protected from hot chips stainless steel outer case.

We manufacture guide way wipers to protect contact surface and glide ways from contamination and ensure fault-free operation. These wipers are specifically manufactured according to the shape and size of the guideway. The way wipers are additional protection to the machine apart form telescopic covers, Bellows or Apron covers and are produced using abrasion resistant synthetic polyurethane. Along with the equipment, a metal pre-wiper is supplied where there is no additional support. We provide two types of guideway wipers namely:
