Precision Pneumatic Feeders
Suku Feeder eliminates all troubles, as they are fitted onto the die set. Because of their very, competitive price, it is economical to fit one feeder on each die. In fact you just need to mount the feeder on the die set and adjust the feeding stroke. You only need a few minutes for set up, and you will have automatic units ready for use at all times. We also offer these as per the customers' requirements & specifications. In these, coil stock can be fed in any direction or angle at any time during the machine cycle. A single feed can push or pull through long or short progressions.
A variety of stock widths and thicknesses can be fed at different speeds and feed lengths. Two or more strips can be simultaneously fed by the same feed.
We offer the following Construction Features:
I. Material Quality
• All items which are subjected to sliding motion or shocks, are extra hardened or hard-chrome plated. The cylinder liners are in hardened brass.
II. Stroke of Feed Accuracy
• Very strong front and rear shock-absorbers guarantee a very high stoke or feed accuracy of _0.01 is assured.
III. Thick Sliding Plates
• It is possible to realise special guides on the sliding plates for the feeding of special profiles. On request, hardened plated or plates in plastic strips or magnetic strips can be supplied.
IV. Sliding Guide Rods
• Strong sliding guides, hardened and ground, are used in our feeders, The feed pitch adjustment is very easy. It is enough to shift the rear stop block into the different groves on the guides.

De-Coilers

Uncoilers & Levellers
We offer high quality Uncoilers & Levellers, which are also offered by us, as per our clients' requirements & specifications.
These are offered with the following features:
• Integrated with uncoiler and straightener, save volume, suitable for board processing. These automatically adjust the feeding time according to the output speed.
• All rolls are made of bearing steel, have all been quenched, hard-chrome plated and grinded with mim HRC60.
• Use Japanese electromagnetic contact and electric parts, long service life
• A step less variable speed control is used normal and high speed operation, control by modern frequency converters, keep pace with straightening, stable feeding
• Leveler inclines appropriately to reduce feeding loop distance
