We have in house power generation, packaging material manufacturing & own fleet of transport. Our company has been highly professional in handling various processes in house so as to make sure that we don’t depend on others for various supplies. We highly believe in monitoring various products & their processes so we feel confident about the products we offer.
Power
The company has a great knowledge in energy sector. The company runs the total plant on captive power generation since 1999. At present we have our own Coal Based Power Plant for captive use and we have power generator facilities as standby arrangement.
We believe in conservation of nature. Gas being an Eco Friendly fuel and is available cheap, our company has already ordered Gas based power plant to fuel the continuous expansions. The group companies have already installed Wind mill at Bhuj to conserve nature & to make the power cost economical. The wind mill is installed in the supervision of Sulzer.
Packing Material
We have already installed a complete plant to manufacture packaging material required for yarn unit. We have our own Corrugated Box manufacturing unit for reliability of quality in packaging material and a continuous supply. The plant is equipped with latest machinery to produce the best quality boxes. We have also installed Paper tubes manufacturing plant to meet the demand of paper tubes of yarn division. We have installed a complete state of art lab to check the quality of all packaging material online to assure best quality.

Warehouse / Production Capacity
Surat is known as the textile city of India. Our group is highly active in fabric processing business in surat. Our group holds a substantial capacity in fabric processing in Surat. We have 11 fabric processing units with a capacity to process one million meters fabric per day which comes to 365 million fabric per annum. In the last 4 years the group has acquired 6 processing units and the group still holds the hunger for growth.
Testing Facilities
We have a well equipped lab of international standards to maintain quality of material. The company today is among the best quality manufacturer in India. We produce dope dyed polypropylene yarn in which accuracy and uniformity of colour is guaranteed. The yarn manufactured undergoes various tests like denier, tenacity, elongation, % CV, uster, Draw Tension, Shrinkage, Oil pick up, Hose Knitting, Dyeing, etc.
Weaving Tests
Our total material produced is manually checked on checking tables for defects in the fabric. Only fresh assorted fabric is dispatched to the customers.
Product Application
Application of Polyester : Used on Texturising & Draw Twisting machines with final application in weaving & knitting.
Application of Polypropylene : Socks, home furnishing, knitted fabrics, Sports wear, elastic tapes, Laces, Ribbons, Filter Fabric, Luggage Fabric, Car Upholstery, etc.
