Woven Fabrics

There are enormous weaving units in Surat where various weaving technologies are used. We started our weaving operations in 2005. We have installed 60 waterjet looms plain as well as dobby to manufacture woven fabric. The machinery is from Tsudakoma, Japan. Tsudakoma is pioneer in the world for waterjet looms. We produce almost zero defect fabric. The production capacity of this division is 4 million meters per annum. We have local advantage of raw material procurement as well as sales of fabric. We always update ourselves with latest fabric trend of design and quality. We have R & D team of 4 people to develop new fabric continuously.

Polyester Yarn

POY can be texturised on high speed machines at a speed of 1000 meters per minute.

All POY spools are with transfer tail increasing the efficiency and productivity.

All POY is intermingled making it capable to run on high speed machines.

All POY spools are equal weight i.e 16 kgs.

Packaging: Material is packed in 1000 kg pallet or Corrugated box with net weight of 64 kgs.

The most important property of polypropylene is its versatility. It can be tailored to many fabrications, methods & applications. Excellent chemical resistance, lower density, high melting point & moderate cost are some advantages which makes polypropylene more attractive

Menthol Bold Crystals

Appearance	Hexagonal or needle like Bold Crystals, Snow-White, Super dry, Transparent, Colour less, pleasant Crystals with refreshing Mint odor

Solubility	Very soluble in alcohol (95%), in solvent ether, and in Chloroform, freely soluble in liquid Paraffin and essential oils.
Acidity/Alkalinity	A 50% solu.(w/v) in alcohol (95%) is neutral to litmus solution.
