Established in the year 1981, we Sumeka Pressure Casting Services, have established ourselves in a new horizon of success by emerging as a leading manufacturer of different type of aluminum and casted industrial zinc components in India. Our establishment at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, assist us to accept all the innovative challenges regarding the requirements of high quality die cast components and supplying these with full customer satisfaction. Our Infrastructure

We have been enjoying the support of our strong and modern infrastructure facilities. To manufacture, mold and die different type of components, we have our own in-house tool room. The entire designing process and molding process is computerized to get greater degree of accuracy. We have a separate division that looks after the various activities related to drilling, trimming, boring, tapping, filing, emery etc, which helps us to provide better quality and finish in our range. For designing and development of moulds, we use Auto CAD and CAM machines. These machinery help in gear-up the productivity as well the production quality of our components.

Our Machinery

Our most of the activities are fully mechanized. The die castings processes is performed in such a manner so that the end products can be manufactured with reduced metal content, enabling our components to be both light in weight & effective in cost.

For pressure die casting, we use both minimum and maximum capacity level hot chamber machines comprising of minimum 0.5gms & maximum of 650gms weight, assist us in manufacturing high quality pressure die castings. The machinery, which are present in the production department are:

Production Process

We follow a fully integrated production process that includes all the upgraded and innovative parameters which are as per industry standards. Our production model consists of both the manual and mechanized systems. The different production activities which our products undergo include:

These are done either through manual process or mechanize process.
