Working Principle:

Coalesing is a continuous natural process in which oil and water particles that pass through the filter element come into contact with a fiber strand and unite with other collected aerosole to form droplets. The droplets fall to the bottom of the housing and are drained away.

Our sub micron filters effectively eliminate moisture, oil and dirt from the compressed air. Its drainage system filters the air effectively, thus providing clean air, which enhance the performance of respective machines. Our sub micron filters regularly remove the contaminants. Two types of filters offered by us are coalescers and interceptors. The coalescing filters manufactured with borosilicate micro glass fibers are used to filter liquid like oil and water. The interceptor filters are utilized for particle removal. Oil vapors are filtered by activated carbon filters.
