Sun Flex Industries is a company dedicated to providing quality hoses and fittings. Our produced hoses and assemblies are made available in various shapes and sizes diameters. These hose end fittings are applicable for use in the various movement and vibrating units. We manufacture stainless steel annular corrugated hoses, stainless steel wire braid hose-assemblies at our well-equipped industries. Our company has grown into one of the major manufacturers of stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses assemblies in India.Stainless steel annular corrugated hoses manufactured by our company are in SS 304, SS 321, SS 316 and SS 316-L grade. We also manufacture SS 316-Ti hose. Our manufacturing range is from 6MM NB to 200 MM NB.We have a full range of metallic flexible hoses are manufactured in SS AISI 304, 321, 316 and 316-L conforming to International quality standards. Our stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses conform to BS 6501 Part-1 and are manufactured as per type A, B and C flexibility.We have a well-established technical support at our in-house production unit. The hoses produced by our company have the flexibility to carry liquefied gases, chemical or petroleum products, super-heated steam and yet absorb vibration and can protect against fire hazards. Easy to fit, a stainless steel flexible hose eliminates the problems of expansion, Mis-alignment or need for intricate pipework. Our production offers the ideal solution to liquid and gas handling industries.Every stage of production is constantly monitored by qualified team of QC Engineers at our company. We have complete in house testing facilities for various types of tests so as to stay in accordance to the International Standards specified for metallic flexible hoses. We regularly conduct the following tests:Burst pressure, yield test Bend radius test Flame test Every single hose assembly is tested hydraulically at 1.5 times working pressure before dispatching. Pneumatic testing is also carried out whenever required. All raw material used in the assemblies of hoses, braiding and end-connections undergo rigid inspection by trained and experienced engineers to ensure highest quality standards.The commitment of each department to quality has produced a management system fully accredited to the global quality standards. From the initial inspection of incoming raw materials, quality assurance tests continue through the various stages of production, until the final inspection to confirm that the hose has met its specifications accurately. The entire unit of production has enabled the company to establish a globally recognized distinct identity for its products.
