SUNBRIGHT FASHIONS is one of the leading fashion Garment star Export house, Home Fashions, fabric exporter ,auto loom weaving mill, Embroidery mill (shiffly embroidery, multihead computer embroidery and hand embroidery) in India located at Chennai in the Southern part of India. Quality, Consistency and timely delivery has been the business principles of Sunbright Fashions which attributes its success over the years. Since commencement of operation, we have manufactured for some of the best known labels in the international market. Over the past years the company has, through experience, improved its manufacturing processes and achieved productivity and quality levels that are amongst the best in the international market. Extensive study is conducted based on international trends and forecast to meet the requirement of our global customers.

 

LOCATION
We are located within the industrial area with excellent infrastructure for garment industry. Our factory is 3 k.m from the international and domestic airport, consisting of three floors, located at A20, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-32. The total area available is 22800 sq. feet out of which the floor area constitutes 15935 sq. ft. The floors are well ventilated with good water supply and dining rooms for the work force. Due to the close proximity of Industrial Zone, Trained labour is available in plenty.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

We have 336 latest production machines and production capacity of 3000 pcs/day.

Well equipped sampling department with latest technology machines and Gerber Technology CAD systems.
CAD software for pattern making and consumption optimization.
Captive power capacity of 150 HP.
Factory and Machine layouts confirm to internationally accepted standards.

FABRIC
We are having inhouse wider width Auto loom Fabric mill and Through strong supplier base across the country, our sourcing capabilities include all types of fabric in all compositions from millmade to power looms, plain weaves to dobbies and solids to yarn dyed. The company can offer high fashion products in wide fabric range of cotton, silk, linen, polyester, dobby, viscose, blends of cotton, polyester, silk polyester, yarn dyed in woven and knits, with surface embellishments in eloquent embroidery, appliqué and print. 100% Quality check on fabric is ensured.

QUALITY AUDIT

Stringent Quality KSA system is followed. 100% Quality check is done at every step of the production cycle following the 2.5 AQL system. Our in-house and on line QC ensure highest level of Quality Management.

HUMAN RESOURCE

We employ over 400 Qualified, experienced and trained technicians across various levels. Continuous training and education is imparted to enable them to achieve higher performance. Strict compliance with anti-child labour, minimum wages and working hours. Fire drills & first aid training is provided at all facilities on a regular basis. Special cell under HRD to take care of grievances.

 

Already social compliance audited and certified by levis, Columbia sportswear, ave module audit(BSCI).

R&D

To build and manage a Research & Development of styles, patterns, all kinds of samples as per buyer instructions and coordinated with Merchandizing Department for receiving inputs for creating samples and inputs for production. R&D ensures the utilisation of proper folder, fixtures to improve productivity and Quality and also develops new methods for operation.

DESIGN STUDIO

Equipped with state of the art CAD and other facilities, the Design centre adds to Sunbright Fashion as a preferred source of original fabric, offering a rich variety of designs, unavailable elsewhere.
