We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of Value Regulated Lead Acid - VRLA Battery. These batteries utilize a dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte, which is immobilized. This helps eliminate the hazards of spills & leakage and also facilitates an oxygen recombination cycle, which eliminates the need to add water. The batteries consist of self resealing pressure relief value, which prevents any built-up excess pressure in the cell and also helps in the prevention of entry of outside air into the cell. The VRLA battery technologies available with us include the AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) and two types of the gelled electrolyte designs. The AGM and gelled electrolyte battery designs share numerous components, including containers, pressure relief valves and plates. However, these have different separator systems and electrolyte immobilization systems, which result in significantly different high rate performance, heat dissipation and cycle life characteristics. These batteries require minimal maintenance, face minimal gas evolution and have extended shelf life. Our range contains more electrolytes and is of a slightly higher gravity than the comparable gelled electrolyte battery. Featured with a glass leaf separator, these strictly perform the function of separating and resisting the development of shorts between the battery plates. Our range has been selected for a host of critical power applications and is rapidly replacing the traditional vented or wet lead acid cells. Our organization offers a wide range of Battery Separator, which finds application in various sectors and industries. The AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) separator is a combination of AGM & glass mat. This is a truly advanced material, which is often used as a separator in flooded / vented storage batteries. The material is known to have stable and reliable properties, good acid resistance, high porosity, small pore size, high liquid absorptivity and super tensile strength. The ability to absorb the required electrolyte ensures that the supply of the electrolyte to the whole plate remains stable and never allows the plate to get dry and sulfated, even in the case of a low level of electrolyte. This helps improve the performance of the storage battery and ensures a long life.
The separators have a low electrical resistance, which helps reduce the internal loss, hence saving on electric energy and improving the performance of the battery. The high porosity ensures the easy diffusion of electrolytes and improved movement of ions, hence guaranteeing elevated battery performance even at high discharge rates. The separators are completely non reactive to acids, active metals and emitted gases, which helps enhance the active life of the battery.
