We are offering gear oils :

- Our EP/HP gear oil is a new technology gear oil meeting all the requirements of API GL-4 and GL5. It is a long drain multi grade high performance gear oil. It is an ideal product for high pressure transmission. They are particularly recommended for gears working under heavy or shock load conditions. These gear oils have good thermal stability and oxidation resistance.

We are offering open gear compound :

- Our OGC grades are black lubricants for open gears, wire ropes and chain lubrication. They have excellent thermal and chemical stability and have very good adhesiveness due to use of selected bituminous component. These grades are recommended to be used primarily in open gears of small presses to big gears of cement plants. They are used in kilns of cement plants and some sponge industries.

Long life, high quality, low viscosity dielectric fluid designed to perform flawlessly over a broad range of metal removal rates. The product is Odor Free and Colorless which create an atmosphere conducive to excellence.

The low viscosity of Sun EDM Oil provides, improved flushing and particle settling. This contributes to faster machining rates and fine surface finishes.

Offering premium quality white slack wax being used in recycled LDPE granules, various industrial uses, being incorporated in blending to create value added petroleum wax products.

Offering Broaching Oil:
High performance cutting Broaching Oil. This provides lubrication for the cutting tool to reduce heat at the interface of the tool and the work piece, and to flush away metal chips and fines from the cutting zone. Apart from this, it also improves the surface finish of the machined part.

Offering Synthetic Cutting Oil (Nitrite Free):
Water soluble synthetic grinding fluids of solution type. They are supplied in a concentrated form and are to be diluted with water in a suitable ratio. They are free from any mineral oil or fatty matter. These products are economical with good cooling and remarkable antitrust properties when applied in grinding and other high speed machining operations.
Recommended for grinding operations of Iron, Steel, Non-alloyed Steels and Nickel Chromium Steels. It should not be used for grinding aluminum, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmium coated parts.
PERFORMANCE LEVEL:
Besides rendering remarkable antitrust properties, We give longer service life to grinding wheels and good ground finish. They do not emanate obnoxious odor even when machine is shut down and fluid is not kept in circulation as they are not attacked by bacteria. The solution maintains the clarity throughout the service period. They remove grinding debris quickly and keep the wheel exceptionally clean. They do not give skin irritation when used in proper dilution range.

We are offering hydraulic oil :

- Our hydraulic oils are blended from virgin base stock and carefully selected anti oxidant, anti wear, anti rust and anti foam additives. These oils have long service life and are recommended for hydraulic Systems. These oils pass vickers -104C vane pump test and meet IS : 10522-1983.

Offering Stainless Steel Wire Drawing Oil:

Sun Neat 286 is suitable for formation of ferrous metals and high alloy steels because of the versatility of its EP characteristics. It is also recommended for Stainless Steel Wire Drawing applications. It is recommended to be used in neat form and not recommended for use with copper or cuprous metals.

Offering Deep Drawing Compound (Drawmet):
- Product is used in drawing of lpg cylinder halves, gas stove bodies, kitchen ware, steel sinks, utensils, sheet metal component of cars, scooters, tractors, trucks etc.

We are specially recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys, specially for grinding of open grain cast irons which tends to rust quickly after machining. These fluids are recommended for grinding operations of Iron, Steel, Non-alloyed Steels and Nickel Chromium Steels. It should not be used for grinding aluminum, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmium coated parts. Dilution range for the products varies from 5% to 10%.

These water soluble grinding fluids besides rendering remarkable antirust properties, give longer service life to grinding wheels and good ground finish. They do not emanate obnoxious odour even when machine is shut down and fluid is not kept in circulation as they are not attacked by bacteria.
