SALIENT FEATURES OF OUR SOLVENT EXTRACTION PLANT

1.Extractor speed is controlled by the Frequency Controller System with a provision for checking the load on the extractor accurately with a variable overload annunciation and a tripping mechanism. This provides information well in advance about the Extractor Band Conveyor detecting the defects, which can be rectified before a major break down is involved.

2.The Desolventiser Toaster is of a very modern design which is energy efficient with 100% desolventising features by a counter current vapour path in the true sense , thereby ensuring non-entry of vapors or air in the last compartment . This is achieved by ensuring differential vapor pressures in the compartments by Sundex’s unique design

3.Heating is done with our unique Thermosyphon Heating System, thus replacing a number of steam traps, which are one of the main sources of steam losses. (This is an optional feature )

4.The Thermosyphon Heating System is coupled with an efficient Flash Steam Recovery system with Thermo Compression for effective steam utilization and heat recovery, thereby saving steam. This is an optional supply in conjuction with our Zero Effluent Liquid Evaporation System.

5.Sundex’s low temperature Distillation system can be operated at a temperature not more than 80oC. This enhances the bleachability properties of the oil, which otherwise gets affected, had the temperature been higher, as is happening in conventional plants.

6.Sundex provides a built in system to evaporate and recover the entire effluent water as distilled water for reuse providing 100 % condensate recovery and a Zero Effluent Liquid Discharge System making the plant environmentally safe. This unit is also an optional supply catering to the clients requirements.

The main aim of the process is to ensure that the final product after uniform mixing contains same proportion of the ingredients even in smallest possible sample of, say, one gram as originally intended. 1.The complete equipment shall be completely installed in accordance instructions, drawings and specifications from house of SUNPLANT.

2.Mechanical Guarantee : SUNPLANT undertakes that the machinery shall be of good quality, good material and sound workmanship, and that SUNPLANT will make good or replace defective part or any parts thereof which may be necessary within 6 months of the start-up of the plant, but in no case beyond 12 months from the date of completion of the delivery, if the case is defective design, defective materials or faulty workmanship.
