Sunex Precision is a small scale engineering industry established in 1991 as Sun Exports. Located At FARIDABAD approx. 35 Kms. From International Airport, New Delhi. The promoter of the company had established contact with customers in Germany and learned various requirements of quality, schedule and pricing which prompted to establish the said manufacturing unit for export of machined auto components, precision machined auto components, CNC machined components.

Sun Exports, as a 100% Export Oriented Unit, has developed cutting edge technology used in manufacturing various kinds of Precision Machined Components to cater to the needs of various industries at industry leading prices.

The company, with a total export turnover of more than EURO 900,000/-, has recorded a steep growth in its business with its In-depth knowledge of the products. It has a team of experienced professionals with years of experience in manufacturing of auto parts, machined parts made of castings, forgings, aluminium, bar stock out of ferrous and non ferrous material & parts for centrifugal clutches. Only Quality raw materials & accessories are used in developing our products. The products are subjected to comprehensive range of quality control procedures to ensure their performance before they are dispatched to our customers.

PRODUCTS
Sunex Precision is capable to manufacture variety of machined components in weight range of 50 grams to 10 Kilograms and an annual requirement of 500 nos. to 30,000 nos.

The basic raw material depends on the requirement of customer which include ferrous and non-ferrous castings, iron forgings and bar stock of ferrous and non-ferrous metal.

Custom made machined forgings made out of ferrous or non ferrous material as per the specification of the customer, being produced for Export to Germany & Canada.

Machined Castings
Custom made machined Castings made out of Grey Iron, S.G. Iron, or other kind of Iron as per the specification of the customer, also being produced for Export to Germany.

Manufacturing customized sheet metal components as per the customers specifications.

Washers Caps Stampings Covers

Aluminum Components
