We have started as a small scale private limited engineering industry located at Faridabad approximately 35 Kms. from International Airport, has emerged as a 100% Export Oriented Unit.

Product Portfolio
Leveraging on potentiality, industrial expertise and commitment of our workforce, we are capable to manufacture variety of machined components like precision machined forgings, precision sheet metal component etc. Entire assortment is available in weight range of 50 grams to 10 Kilograms and an annual requirement of 50 nos. to 50,000 nos. The products are fabricated using premium quality raw material such as ferrous and non-ferrous castings, iron forgings and bar stock of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. The basic raw material used for manufacturing depends on the requirement of customers.

Infrastructure Facilities
 | Backed by modern infrastructure facility, we are one of the prominent manufacturers of tractor parts, bushes of different sizes and applications, bearing covers, washers and many other machined components. We are assisted by capacious manufacturing unit which is sprawled over 5000 square feet. Well equipped and spacious production unit support to manufacture 30000 units in one installment. The unit is supported by an in-house design unit with CAD/CAM facility to manufacture innovatively designed products. With 2- , 3- and 4-axes machining capabilities, our manufacturing unit is outfitted with the modern machines and tools. The manufacturing process is executed under the strict vigilance of experts to ensure the flawless quality of our entire range.

Capacious Warehousing Unit
STOCKING FACILITY IN GERMANY –
To cater to the needs of European Customers, we keep our stocks with M/S Franken Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH in southern Germany who in turn supply directly to Customers all over Germany.
We boast of capacious warehousing unit which is stretched over large area and has capacity to stock 20000 units in one installment. Our unit is internally sectioned into various divisions to store and accommodate entire finished range separately and efficiently. Our top notch array is orderly stocked in various labeled sections in the storage unit. It assists in faster identification of particular product at the time of dispatch of consignments. Properly ventilated structure is facilitated with power back up, material handling equipment and other facilities. We undertake every necessary measure for the prevention of stored range from any damage while storage. Proper handling is undertaken in emergency situations to ensure the safety of the gamut and our staff. |
