Fruits and vegetables are sorted, washed and cut prior to mixing with top grade spices and oil. The entire process of sorting, washing, cutting, blending, maturing and container filling is mechanized ensuring highest product standards.
130 Kms from Chennai, the manufacturing unit is set amidst a pollution free environment near Gudur, Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh. Surrounded by 50 acres of lush green orchards bearing mango, guava and other citrus fruits, the garden fresh raw fruits and vegetables from this orchard are sourced for our production.
The newly constructed manufacturing unit fully complies with the stringent requirement of the ministry of food processing and Industries, Pollution control Board and Ministry of Industries. In pursuit of excellence in manufacturing quality products, we are working to achieve ISO and HACCP certifications.
Ishtum pickles are free from Class II preservatives, Artificial Color, Additives and MSG.
Our quest for quality starts from sourcing the best of fruits and vegetables, to providing hygienic environment and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, to installing the latest infrastructure facilities such as reverse osmosis and minimized hands free technology from blending to packaging – an added effort to enhance product quality, appearance and taste.

Today, we manufacture 16 varieties of pickles upto 120 tons per month. In the near future, we’ve ambitious plans to increase the varieties to 23 and the production capacity by multi-fold.
