With the assistance of our range 2300 gallons of moisture can be easily removed from a100 cfm pneumatic system operating at 100 psi in 12 months of 3 shift operation. Without this, the moisture would have passed through the delicate pneumatic equipment & instruments.

Saturated Compressed air enters the precooler where is it cooled by exchanging heat with atmospheric air. The inlet air is further cooled in super cooler. When passing through a precooler the cold air is reheated. A refrigerant compressor and condenser suppliers refrigerant to super cooler through expansion device. The hot gas by pass valve matched the operation of refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load. In the super cooler heat is transferred from the compressed air to refrigerant. The process cools the air resulting in  condensation. The condensed moisture is removed by an inbuilt moisture separator and automatic drain valve.
