SUNNFIX 59 waterproofing chemicals is developed by latest technology & new concept for application (just brush it). SUNNFIX 59 is a water repellent which is applicable on any cement surface, hard mud surface, bricks, concrete and wooden surface SUNNFIX 59 assists 'controlling cracking, spalling and other damages due to water'. This liquid is transparent, non-peel able liquid, which forms a transparent layer on the applied surface and does not impact the looks.

Silicone Based Waterproofing Compound

Sunfix 59 waterproofing is a single component silicon based waterproofing compound high alkaline material having density to 1.4.

It can be used in cement paint in the percentage of 20% of the total weight to get repplency and the surface painted remains as it is for long time enhancing high gloss.

It can be used as it is to protect the walls from leakage it cures to form a coating to reppel the water, gives foil protection to fungus, micro-organism water and good repplency to rain water.

Usage : used in cement paint/liquid in 20% range to give repplency

Direction to use : make the mixture of water & cement paint as regular stir well add 20% of the total mixture stir well and brush it check repplency by pouring water when water poured, water should reppel.

Emulsifier Ingredient

Our customers can avail from us a wide assortment of emulsifier ingredients used for making two compatible components. The molecular structure comprises hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts which initiate in the proper functioning.

Emulsion is basically, a dispersion of droplets of one non-miscible liquid into another which include water and oil. The absence of an emulsifier separates the two liquids. These are absorbed between two liquids and form a film. The film is initiated because of their structure, polar part of the emulsifier molecules that have affinity with water and the non-polar part are inclined towards the fatty phase. Emulsifiers force one liquid into the other in the form of separate drops, by suspending and dispersing the other into the previous liquid.

These are kept away from each other but, stored as a stable mixture.

Acid Slurry

The acid slurry and turkey red oil (TRO) range is prepared by sulphonation of linear alkyl benzene (LAB) with a suitable amount of sulphonating agent.

Sulphonation process :

Segregate sulphonation with diluted SO2 or sulphuric acid or a mixture of 20% oleum and 98% sulphuric acid or oleum alone.
Sulphonation with 20% oleum constantly
Sulphonation with SO3 (sulphor trioxide gas may be derived either from liquid So3 or from 65% oleum or from burning sulphur and converting SO2 to SO3)

The raw material consumption per tonne acid slurry is 85-88%. The composition includes :

Linear alkyl benzene 700-750 Kg.
Sulphonating agent 20% oleum- 800- 900 Kg. 98% sulphuric acid – 1100-1200 Kg
