About UsWe take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a group of entrepreneurs associated to form a Pvt. Ltd co by the name of SUNNY GEARS (INDIA) PVT. LTD IN 1995. We are situated in one of prestigious industrial estates of India at EL-29, Chikalthana, MIDC Area, Aurangabad, Maharashtra State, India, Pin - 431210. We are four Directors.
PROMOTERS: Myself PRADEEP PIMPLE is a graduate mechanical Engineer from Govt. Engg. College Aurangabad of the Yr. 1979. From Aug 1979 I had served in a reputed automobile mfg. co. till March 1995. I worked as Dept. Head of GEAR SHOP. This gives me the definite advantage of thoroughly knowing the automobile gear components, their process of mfg., tooling requirement & design and quality requirements. In the mean time I had completed a post graduation curriculum in FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT viz. M.F.M. from Mumbai University in 1991. Here I am given the task of working as M. D. for the Co. Other Directors are well qualified and experienced in engg. and administrative skills. One of the directors is NRI.
FACILITIES:
We have land of 1000 S.M. We have one 400mm DIA and one 250mm dia Gear Hobbing m/c, Two auto lathes, one gear shaving m/c, and one Involute tester presently with us. We have facilities of forging, CNC turning, broaching, Carburising & Hardening facilities around our Co.
We have two leading gear tool mfg. companies in our proximity. We make use of their services for hob mfg. and re-sharpening.
CLIENTALE:
We are presently supplying OE gears to BAJAJ AUTO LTD, Honda scooters, ABB besides other small units and machine mfgrs. Our components / gears are approved by European countries, Japan and U.S. through companies we work for their export consignments. We are well versed with quality requirements and use SPC (Statistical Process Control) systems. We have employed experienced and trained personnel in our workshop.
Hence we request you to consider ourselves as a source to be tapped for your requirements of the quality gears shafts and gear blanks. We assure you of our endeavor to be reliable and economic source. |
