Electroplated Diamond Tools

Our range of Electroplated Diamond Slitting Saws (EPDSS) comprise CBN concentration, which enable us to provide cool and fast cutting of fiberglass, marbles and ceramics. These saws can be availed in segmented types in thickness of 0.7 mm. Moreover, we are offering these slitting saws in different diameters as per the needs of the clients. These saws are used for cutting fiber glass, ferrite's, marbles, ceramics, glass and Grey carbide.

Our organization is engaged in offering a comprehensive range of Electroplated Diamond Wheels. A single layer of diamond grit is attached to a nickel electroplated wheel shank. These wheels are capable of moving smoothly, maintaining their sizes and can be run wet or dry. Electroplated Wheels are widely used for roughing or fine finishing that depends on the grit size.

Our range of Electroplated Diamond/CBN Internal Grinding Pins  is widely used in high speed grinding and small diameter machining. These diamonds/cbn are deposited in all types of shapes that provides the internal grinding wheels a whole range of capabilities.

• They enable the user to faster removal of the stock, can avoid coolant, generates more production, avoids dressing and makes it easy for making complicated forms.
