Fiberglass needled mat is a mechanically bonded e-glass glass fiber insulation blanket of uniform density.It is manufactured from a well-controlled assortment of long textile glass fibers to ensure uniform mechanical bonding with no additional binders. The resulting product has excellent insulation efficiency for extended exposure at high temperatures. Also good for sound insulation and filtration applications.

sewing thread is made from from high purity, very fine continuous filament

yarns . Our  SUN-SS-series thread reduces seam failure due to thermal

shock & exposure, offers excellent tensile strength even at

1000 deg. Fahrenheit and has a stainless steel wire twisted right into

the thread! Our uniform PTFE coating completely encapsulates the

thread, enhancing resistance to buildup of contaminants and repelling

attack by most acids, alkalis and are UV stable. SUN sewing thread

will not support combustion. Also the coating improves handling characteristics, abrasion

resistance and sewability.

Removable insulation jackets, insulation pads etc

This removable fire-resistant jacket is designed for very high temperature applications providing excellent insulation, durability, fire protection & also has acoustic properties resulting the decrease of sound also along with temperature. These  insulation jackets help to contain the heat in the exhaust lines, thereby reducing the amount of heat radiating into the immediate area.

Due to its removable / reusable nature these insulation jackets are ideal where maintenance or inspection is regularly required.Their design makes them easy to fit and remove They are, robust and easy  to apply also ensures many years of trouble-free use. In heat tracing lines, these insulation jackets provide the perfect solution to the problem of diesel freezing in the flexible pipes, when subjected to extreme cold

Too much radiated heat from the exhaust will  increase the chances of the engine overheating. These insulation jackets have been tried and tested in the extreme heat of a desert climate, and they are ideal solutions for oilfield zone 2 certification.

Valves, flanges, etc. are often left un- insulated in order to accommodate regular inspection and maintenance. These insulation jackets are the perfect solution for such cases also

Foam glass  is a rigid but light weight insulating material containing hermitically sealed millions of microscopic glass cells. This product is ideal for both hot and cold insulation as the thermal expansion and contraction of this material matches to with other metals used in industries.It is one of the best materials for cryogenic Insulation ,along with cryogenic insulation it can also be used in hot insulation as temperature resistivity is 400 deg Centigrade on higher side and -198 deg Cen on lower side.So it can be used for all the cryogenic purpose  or ex liquid Nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid Co2 etc

Ceramic Fiber produced by melting of alumina and silicate material in a arc furnace which is later cooled to form the fiber strands resulting in a very light weight insulation material. Its low thermal mass  does not allow ceramic fiber to retain the heat making it a very effective insulation material.It  is highly resistant  to the thermal shocks and all these properties allows ceramic fiber to be more  effective insulation material than the conventional refractories. Ceramic fiber  is available in different forms and densities.
