The Rotary Moulding Machine is used to make Soft Dough Cookies and sweet variety of biscuits like Glucose, Butter Bite etc. Stainless Steel parts are used for contact parts, covers, hoppers and trays to maintain hygienic conditions.
Operation
The dough to be moulded is fed into the hopper and a forcing roller forces the dough into the cavities of the moulding roller made out of gun metal, uniformly engraved and coated with food grade Teflon. Excess dough is cleared with a knife, which is held by a holder made from tool steel, to ensure uniform filling.
An adjustable rubber roller conveying the discharge cotton web presses it uniformly against the moulding roller for perfect transfer of molded pieces from the moulding roller on to the web.

· Gap between Moulding and Feed Rollers manually adjustable using worm & worm wheel arrangement
· Different Power Drives are given to the Force Rollers and Endless Conveyer Belt to control Weight, Length and other parameters of biscuit.
· Scraper adjustable in height by spring operated handle with locking facility on graduated segment.
· Endless Web provided with separate drive
· Scrap Dough Cross Conveyor is provided below the Scraper, which is driven by geared motor.
· Pneumatic/ Mechanical tensioning and tracking arrangements
· Fixed Panner driven from the main drive or a separate Panner with separate drives (Optional)
· Power given is controlled by Variable Frequency Drive VFD to control the speeds
