Dough Kneader is used with Papad Making Plant, Chapati Making Machine and Bread Making Machine for kneading of the dough.

 

Ideal for kneading of dough for bread, this machine has an advantage over the single arm kneader in that the double arm motion takes shorter time for kneading, gives better water absorption for the same quantity of flour and also folds and stretches the dough for better aeration and fermentation. The double arm kneader gives bread a better crust, texture and flavor.

The dough just needed to be loaded in hooper which passes on to the sheeter and gauge roller where thickness of the papad or applum can be adjusted. The food grade conveyor carries the round cut papad into the oven which is heated by L.P.G. At the outlet of the oven you get papads without any scrap or wastage.
