Some of the manufacturing processes we undertake include filament winding, Pultrusion Process and Products and Compression Molding Process. These processes are carried on strictly in adherence to industry standards. Filament Winding In our filament winding process, the fiberglass roving is wound on a metallic mandrel of required ID. The roving is permitted to pass through the resin bath under tension to make sure that the opening out of individual filaments and the complete wetting of the roving. The impregnated roving will be wound on the mandrel to have OD 3 -4 mm as machining allowance. Also, depending on the necessity, the roving will be wound circumferentially and axially. The included angle will be at 55 degrees. The wound cylinder will be cured in side the electrical air-circulating oven at the recommended temperature. After curing, the OD of the cylinder will be machined to the required dimension. Further, both the ends of the cylinder will be cut off to maintain the desired length. Using this process, we can develop cylinders in the diameter range of 8mm to 550 mm having a length of 1500 mm.

In order to fabricate a wide array of FRP products, we have a vast area for our manufacturing plant which is spreaded over 2000 sq. ft. and have an installed capacity of about 4000 units. Our unit is well-equipped with the latest technology and equipments with the state-of-the-art machinery and that enables us to deliver our consignments in stipulated time frame of 30 days.

Our filament winding machines assists us in manufacture FRP Cylinders right from diameter 8 mm to diameter 500 mm and length of 1500 mm. having the capacity of 10 tons, Pultrusion Machine is used to manufacture following:

The compression molding press is used in the development of FRP laminates. Apart from this, we also have our own in-house design unit which is constantly supported by CAD/CAM facility and other essentials.
