Ordering :
Please select the product code number (from our website or pictures sent to you by e-mail(s)), which you require and tell us. We will send you the prices of items required. When you decide your purchases and quantity, we shall send you Performa Invoice for payment. We start work on your order when you confirm our Performa Invoice and send us payment (All the prices are F.O.B New Delhi, India basis) We have a colour chart . The design you like also make in these colors, Any inquiry will be most welcomed for new developments. .

Minimum Order Quantity:
We accept minimum quantity of 2 Kg. for each design in one colour/style for Glass Beads. For Fashion Jewellery, the minimum quantity should be 50 Pcs. in each design. However, we accept any quantity as trial order from new buyers.
Normal delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks for production items.

Delivery Time :
Delivery time of the goods for most items ranges is 30 to 35 days depending upon the quantity.

Shipment Options or (Delivery System) :

Door-To-Door delivery by courier : Either you provide us DHL /FedEx/Airborne/ TNT/UPS Courier account number OR we shall send you goods by these courier company and will add the charges in Invoice.

Air Shipemnt : This service will be upto your nearest Airport only, from Airport you will have to obtain delivery of goods either by yourselves or through your shipping agent. The transit time would be 7 days. If you desire shipment by Air, please mention nearest international airport in your purchase order.

By Sea Shipment - This mode of shipment is cheapest, but suitable only for bulk quantity. The transit time would be about 40 days and you will have to arrange agent to obtain delivery from sea port.

Packing Information :
All Items pack in polypack & these items are packed individually in small corrugated boxes and marked properly their product number. Small boxes are kept in a master cartoon up to weight of 20 to 30 kg. of master cartoon to become handy.

Mode of Payment :
We accept payment either by T/T or by Swift Method (Wire Transfer). Please email us for our bank details. All the payments are 50% in advance at the time of confirmation of order balance 50% before 1 week date of shipment. We also accept Western Union payment (Only for small orders).
