It is accomplished by forcing molten metal under high pressure into reusable metal dies. We are manufacturing Investment Casting Dies as per client requirements for various industries that are made using Carbon steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex stainless steels, etc. Special characteristics of the Investment Casting dies are:

We have supplied a number of jigs and fixtures for the automotive, aerospace and welding industries. The abilities of our in-house jig and tool design facilities enable simple jigs and more complex fixtures to be designed to suit the customer’s requirements. Jigs and fixtures vary from a large fixture for measuring and checking a casting for the aerospace industry to a small cost effective jig to hold an automotive plastic bumper during the manual polishing process. Jigs and fixtures along with specific tooling form a critical element of machinery designed and supplied by Sunsil, it is this experience which is used to supply stand alone jigs and fixtures to our customers when required.

We are manufacturing all kinds of World Class Precision, Custom Made Mould Bases. We design the Mould Bases on the Modular concepts of interchangeability. Our Mould Bases moving and sliding components are heat treated and ground. Sunsil Mould Bases components are also available separately on request. We also provide tailor made Mould Bases as per customers specifications on request. Our Mould base faster cheaper and more precise.

We are specialized in Precision Machined Injection Mould Inserts that are used for a variety of applications in sectors including telecommunications, electronics and automotive. Sunsil in-house mould making facility designs and fabricates moulds for the manufacture of plastic parts. State-of-the-art equipment and machinery and CNC wire cut and CNC EDM are used for mould making activities. We invested in high speed milling machines to cut hardened steels directly. This reduces time and saves money. A team of designers and mould makers are determined and experienced in producing quality precision mould inserts.

We are manufacturing and exporting Rubber moulds used for various applications in many industries. We use a range of fine quality rubbers depending upon the end product and manufacture them in varied shapes and sizes.
