This is a unique 3 in 1 Totally Automatic Integrated Oil Seed Processing Machine. This machine combines normal traditional 3 stage operations in Oil Extraction System into a single processing unit. This Integrated Oil Seed Processing Machine does following 3 Operation in single process totally automatically:-

1. Oil Seed Heating with the help Electrical Heating System.
   
2. Immediately Squeezing the heated seeds to extract oil with highest yield % continuously and
   
3. Vacuum Filtering the extracted raw oil and collecting clean filtering edible quality oil in the twin SS Tanks which can be pumped into the overhead tank for packing.
   

In contrast to the old traditional system which generally needs following equipment:-

1. Water Heater (Boiler)
   
2. Feed Water Pump
   
3. Steam Kettle
   
4. Oil Expeller
   
5. Filter Press and
   
6. Pump for feeding fitter press.
   

The Integrated Oil Seed Processing Machine is a single machine incorporating:

1. Continuous Electric Heating Zone which provides uniformly Controlled Temperature.
   
2. Oil Press or Expeller attached to the Heating Zone and
   
3. Oil collection Tanks bellow the expeller attached to the Vacuum Pump.
   

The Oil Seeds are fed in the hopper at the top and filtered oil is collected in the Tanks at the Bottom.
The operation of this machine are totally trouble free, clean, neat and non-messy. The Repair & Maintenance is also very simple.

In addition to supplying the standard dairy projects we have developed an innovative concept of installing a complete dairy project inside a standard export container which does not need to construct any building for the project. The container itself acts as the housing of the project. Just by providing the power and drinking water connection at appropriate place the project can be commissioned immediately without delay. The most viable production capacity for this concept is 1000 to 1500 Ltrs. of milk per hour. The project can be supplied either for fresh milk or powdered milk.

Rotational molding technology is rapidly expanding. The Rotational Molding Technology is also expanding the capabilities of polymer product manufacturers by enabling them to create light-weight, seamless, stress-free parts of virtually any size in the most complex shapes. Rotationally molded products are now produced with a wide range of materials, performance characteristics, colors, surface textures and finishes. It also permits the production of the products which demand customized designs to meet precise market requirements more economically than by conventional injection or blow molding methods.

Rotational molding is a three-stage, pressure less, plastic molding process. During the first stage of heating the charged mold slowly rotates in two planes (bi-axial rotation). Heat transfer causes the plastic charge inside the mold to melt and get uniformly coated on the interior of the mold. During the second stage, the mold with coating of molten plastic charged almost solidified moves to the cooling station. The mold is cooled by air and water spray while it is still rotating in its arm. In the final load/unload stage, the mold is opened by opening all the nut bolts or de-clamping all the clamps. The mold is opened and the part is removed from the mold. A new charge of material is loaded into the mold. The mold is closed with the help of nuts and bolts or clamps and is kept ready for the next cycle. Semi automatic weigh filler is vertical filling machine for filling tea, sugar, pulses, grains, wafers, namkeen, dry fruits like products in desired packing materials like pouches, jar or bottles manually. Machine is fitted with suitable kg capacity of hopper for product. All the product contact parts are in SS-304. All Mild Steel parts of machine are powder coated. This is a PLC based Single Head Linear Electronic Weight Filler. This filler weighs the filling material in individual pan mounted on the load cell to get maximum output & accuracy. The load cell output is processed directly by the PLC & its modules. The vibrators & pan opening is controlled by PLC itself. Two separate vibrator controllers are provided to adjust the feed rate of the vibrator feeders. As soon as the set weight is achieved the vibrators are switched off & the ready pay is discharged into the pouch / jar / bottle as required. Sealing of pouch and capping of Jar and Bottle are done manually separately.
