To safe guard the human health and ecological balance, we offer organic farming services to motivate the farmers adopt modern organic farming methods to use bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, bio control methods and modern crop production practices to ensure chemical residue free produces. With the modernization of agricultural practices, there is need to augment support and extension services for agriculture. To provide continuous services to the farmers, we have started farm counseling services related to crop growing and to help in remedying them soil and water treatment, advising on fertilizers and bio control method etc.

Realizing the fact that producers in the unorganized sector are not able to get optimum prices due to various reasons, therefore we provide rural marketing services to support farmers /artisans to facilitate marketing linkages through our field staff, providing market related information and literature and also tips for value additions to improve shelf life of product and get better prices.

Micro finance is power full tool to reduce poverty. Supath endeavors stabilizing the livelihood of the poor and empowers them by providing access to micro finance. Supath promotes self help groups from amongst the rural and unemployed community, encourages a token seed money savings from them and provides concessional/nominal interest bearing finance/loan to make them do earning activity or establish in a earning vocation.

Formation of Self Help Group(SHGs) is our thrust area. So far we have formed 60 SHGs. A total strength of 1000 members. As many as 30 SHGs have been given finance for economic activity which covers their 500 members.

The financial resources are inadequate for the task ahead and the large populace needing the help. Any and all resources, financial aid is well come. Presently, Dena Bank has granted micro finance assistance at soft terms which is given to various SHGs.

Youth Counseling Programs is our thrust area, we regularly conduct seminars for youth especially educated unemployed who need to be made self employed by training and providing means to start income generating activity.

We also support youth for job placement and impart training needed for performing their duty successfully with private sector enterprises.

While conducting seminars on vocational /career guidance we take support of Govt officials and experts so as to enable student precisely select their career path.

Promoting sustainable employment capabilities and skills both through training and resource providing for self and wage employment, promoting skills building program help in improving skill and knowledge of the person so as to make him economically desired by potential vocation/employers. We organize objective & location specific program for artisans, farmers, youth, women etc.

We regularly organize health education program in the rural areas. These health education program are conducted by the senior doctors, health and nutrition experts to guide the rural people for their better health.
