Sprocket Hobs, these are usually supplied in un-ground form to cut roller chain Sprocket to DIN, American Standards with the Range from 1/4" to 3" pitch or 5 mm to 76.2 mm. Hobs to cut Spiral Profile Sprockets can also be supplied on request.

These Cutters are furnished for Involute and Parallel Key Splines, Involute and Straight Sided Serratons. For special Spline Spline Cutters, the Drawings of the components should be supplied.

In Machine Relieved Forms with the Range from 1/4 to 5 pitch conforming to DIN, BS and American Standards. As per BS set of 3 Cutters will cut all the Teeth on the Sprocket Wheel.

Manufactured generally to Customers Drawings and specifications in Topping and Non-Topping Forms Shank (worm Gear) Hobs can be supplied in Machine Relieved as well as in Ground Relieved Forms. These Cutters can be supplied in Single Start and Multistart Pitches as per requirements of the user. Maximum length of the cutter (including shank) that can be had is 400mm.

Involute Gear Cutters are supplied to cut any Number of Teeth in Gears from 1 Module to 55 Module and from .5 DP to 50 DP conforming to BS 2518, IS 5698 in a set of 8 Numbers and as per generated Profile.

Machine Relieved & Ground Form Gear Hobs are supplied to cover the Range of 64 DP to .7 DP or 0.5 Module to 36 Module conforming to DIN 3968, BS 2062 part 1. Special profile Hobs with protuberance, Topping, Semi Topping pre-shaving, pre-grinding are also being supplied on request.
