Our offered ribbon blenders are specially designed for an efficient and homogeneous mixing of different components and ingredients in various industrial processes. With the help of curved horizontal ribbon blades, the material is lifted and tumbled to the centre of the mixer drum where it is regularly overlapped and cross blended, thus achieving a uniform mixing. The material is mixed through upward and downward directions and then cross blended in the process.

This is used for mixing, suspending, milling, dispersing, disintegrating solids etc. & reduces batch time. It consists of stator and rotor assembly. The rotor rotates inside the stator assembly which is fixed with three tie rods to the motor.
