Copper Chiller

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of copper chillers which are widely used in various industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastic and others. These are provided to our clients in the range of 1 to 125 TR and in multiples. Apart from these, we also market absorption and Centrifugal Chillers. Chiller packages from I to 40 TR are also offered In the Air cooled range. Brine units for minus temperatures are supplied mostly with open type compressors. These chillers are required whenever water is required at a temperature lower than 28 Deg.C. Our copper chillers have three circuits: Refrigeration Circuit: - The Freon Compressor, compresses the freon which is cooled in the condenser to form liquid, and sent through the Expansion valve in the chiller
- In the chiller the liquid freon takes away the heat from process return water and cools it and in turn evaporates to gas which is returned back to the Freon compressor and compressed.
Chilled Water Circuit: - Chilled water from the outlet of the chiller goes to the cold section of the hot well / cold well tank from where it is pumped by the secondary pump to the process machines where it picks up heat
- Hot water from the machine goes to hot section of hotwell/cold well rank which is again pumped by the primary pump to the chiller where it gets cooled and the cycle continues
- Some times the hot well/coldwell tank is not required and direct water is sent to the
- machine by a single pump which returns back to a mixing tank
Cooling water circuit: - Cooling water is pumped from the cooling tower to the condenser where freon is condensed due to the cooling effect by the condenser water which in turn gets heated and which is further cooled in the cooling tower and re-circulated

Water cooled condensers: - Non-ferrous tubes with integral fins provide exceptionally high heat transfer rates, it derives super efficiency from enhanced copper tubes geometry

Annunciation Panel
