• Design of Product: We carefully study as the requirements and specifications of customers and all the designing work is properly held under the guidance of our expert team members.

• Process Inspection: A process inspection is held at each and every step and a proper record of the inspection is maintained. All the tools used in the inspection process are calibrated and well maintained. Only the products, which satisfy the designing parameters and quality standards are send for further processes.

• Final Testing: Routing test / type tests are some of the tests involved in final testing. All these tests are performed on lot sampling basis as per the scheme of testing and inspection to ensure that each lot meets the specifications and requirements of the customer.
