The following are the components are available in our heavy duty racks:

1) Base Plate- Sprawling the load evenly on the floor, each upright is fitted with base plate.

2) Beam- Convenient loading without twisting and impact resistant by handling equipments.

3) Beam Connectors- It is pressed steel angle welded to the end of the beam. The hooks are press formed in one face of the connector for strength and safety. With this, beams can be easily fitted and removed.
4) Automatic Safety Lock- It protects any accidental dislodging of beams & defends upward force, eradicating the possibility of the rack being upturned.

5) Frames- When horizontal bracing joins two upright ‘C’ sections, then it makes a frame. Each upright frame has two rows of slots which helps in locating beam connectors easily.

• Standard Depth- Between 600, 700, 800, 900,1000, 1100 to 1200 etc.
• Thickness- Generally 2mm/2.5mm and 3.15mm.

6) Bracing- To ensure higher rigidity & strength to frame it can be bolted or welded. These are diagonal and horizontal bracing.
