- Receiving introductory demand fax from employer.
- Locating for required categories in the database, if the requirement is less in number and consists of semiskilled workers.
- Should the demand be for technical/managerial or skilled Indians, which are not available with us, we give an advertisement in the leading newspapers. If the demand is in large number then we also advertise in a number of regional newspapers.
- Receiving job application from local candidates in person and those from outstation either by speed post/courier depending upon the urgency of the project.
- Short-listing of applications, organising desk interview for white-collared job and trade testing for technicians.
- Faxing/couriering CVs of short-listed candidates to the employer.
- Receiving original documents i.e. documents required for visa processing.
- Power of attorney addressed to respective office.
- Power of attorney and demand letter addressed to the protector of emigrants, Mumbai.
- Individual employee’s agreements.
- Arranging personal interviews for short-listed candidates with the employer.
- The employer prepares a list of pre-selected candidates and hands it over to us.
- Directing pre-selected candidates for medical checkup.
- Power of attorney, demand letter and work agreement should be attested by Indian Embassy, Ministry of External Affairs and Chamber of Commerce.
- Getting immigration clearance after processing of the visa.
16.Scheduling deployment of selected workers. - Intimating flight details of workers to the employer.

The employer has to make arrangements to receive them at the airport along with the necessary documents.
