Our products come in two varieties like VCI rustopowder and dehumidifier that are used to provide better rust prevention. Rustopowder These products do not require any refrigeration and are effective up to 24 months. The VCI does not affect the functioning of most electrical and electronic components. This powder helps in the protection of both ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. The usage of 5 gm/C.ft is more than adequate to provide effective protection. Dehumidifier Our range of dehumidifiers is an activated metal compound that works as an excellent absorber of moisture. These products do not get as soaked as to ooze the absorbed moisture when saturated. Treating the entrapped moisture inside the package, these products help in the safe packaging of the products. Being a pH near neutral range, these products do not have any adverse effect on metals. The humidity free packing is ensured when this dehumidifier is used in the right quantity. Only 20 gm/C.ft of dehumidifier is required for safe and assured packing.

We have for our clients a range of VCI rustopaper that helps in the packaging of metal components. These papers are easy to use and dry method that helps in protecting the metal from rust. Available in a range of single as well as multi layered type, these products can also protect the recessed areas and even the interior cavities of the metal from rust and corrosion. Our range of VCI rustopapers conform to IS – 6263 standards and are perfect to be used in stuffing, packaging and over-wrapping of various finished and semi-finished ferrous, aluminum, aluminum alloy and certain non-ferrous metal components. The unique feature of these papers include that they do not leave any kind of residual film or layer after coming in contact with metal. Creating a field of VCI upto at least 30 cm, our products also offer the advantage of not giving a close or contact fit packing.
