From only 4 machines the Company has grown to a full-fledged gear manufacturing unit with 125 Machine Tools and Various Inspection Facilities. All this, of course went with the Growth of Other Companies who relied on our Quality Gears for their progress. Close Inspection and quality control are necessary with even the best equipment. We have the best of ability to analytically check the closest tolerances in the Industrial Gear field. Our Gear Lab and Quality Control Department together help to check the various facets of Gear Geometry such as lead, involute profile, run out, tooth to tooth spacing, contact pattern. While our investments in inspection equipment does not directly yield revenue, it assures us that we are satisfying our customers by producing parts exactly to specifications.
