‘SAAI''Came into existence in the year 1997 wherein its main products were brass and bronze spares. Spread over an area of 2000 sq feet, we have our own foundry and forging shop wherein we can control our material specification and can provide casting and forgings. We also have an in-house machining workshop with latest CNC machine and also we have center less grinding machine, milling machines for all secondary operations. Getting into aluminum was just a mere diversification of our product line as we have the necessary infrastructure for casting and machining. We also have aluminum die casting machine facility.
With its advent in the non-ferrous industry, ‘SAAI’ also found a lot of scope in the sanitary and hardware market and thus ventured into this market.
Casting capacity range:50gms to 50kg
Forging capacity range:75gms to 2kg.

With more demands in heavy engineering industry, SAAI ventured into this industry for its future growth, wherein we got ourselves well equipped with heavy machineries like Planning machines which has the capacity of 10’ length X 4.5’ width X 4’ height, Heavy-duty lathe, DRO fitted Boring machine, With all the necessary measuring instruments and many more in an area of 5500 sqft. This enabled us to deliver every type of machining of Precision, light and heavy components.

Our well developed facilities also allows us to meets the needs of precision planning & horizontal boring machined jobs and the manufacturing requirements of heavy duty cylinders & pistons for hydraulic press, die casting cylinders. We have been continuously interacting with our customers and upgrading our skills and delivering our commitments before the scheduled time. Our clientele list includes one of the reputed exporters of the heavy engineering industry and rolling mill industry.

Since the inclusion of CNC in our machining set-up, the scope of our production capabilities increased five folds, thereby initiating development of new products. Precise productive jobs were developed which not only helped to grow SAAI as an organisation, but also for our people as an individual.

For better safety, we use packaging consisting of durable wooden and corrugated boxes, which ensures complete safety to the packed products during the period of transit.
