A few points to note with regards to our Prices and orders are:

• All prices shall be as per proforma terms and conditions.
• Proforma expressed to be for a fixed price remain open for acceptance by the buyer within the period stated in the quotation, or if not specified, within 30 days of date of quotation.
• Export Prices shall be supplied on Ex-Stocks, FOB or C&F basis against specific inquiries indicating quantities of Order.
• There is no limit for minimum acceptable order.
• All prices and promotions are subject to change any time without prior notification.
• Prices are exclusive of all taxes, whatsoever.

We have an extremely flexible methodology of receipts of payments though these vary from clients to clients and product to product. However since we do ensure that our clients get what they want, there is never an issue.

• All payments are payable 100% in advance through TT or Wire Transfer in our bank account.
• An Irrevocable & Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) payable on a scheduled Bank in India covering mutually agreed terms of sale may be established by the buyer for orders above US$4000 only.
• Credit supplies are also made to dealers working regularly but with prior understanding of payment terms., and due support of bank guarantees.

Once the product is fully packed and stored in warehouse, it is also ready for shipment.
