Mr. Subhash Badkul:

The role of Mr. Subhash Badkul, the main promoter and also the Managing Director of our company has always been of vital importance. With his long experience of 25 years in the field of manufacturing and marketing of cold rolling mill rolls, shear blades other industrial tools, he has been the driving force in the growth of our firm in today's date of cut-throat competition.

A mechanical engineer by profession, he has valuable experience of working with reputed tool manufacturers at top positions. He also enjoys strong and widespread contacts with various cold rolling mills and other steel industries. Further he often travels extensively for export promotion and technical collaboration.

With a team of extremely talented and experienced workers we are able to manufacture and supply quality rollers on time. Our team comprises of 40 members, 10 out of which represents managerial cadre while the rest includes skilled and unskilled members of our team.The expertise of technically qualified managers coupled with the sincere dedication of our workers we have been satisfactorily meeting the demands of our esteemed clients.

We manufacture hardened and ground rolls, which are suitable for rolling a wide range of metallic sheets and coils like mild steel, stainless steel, copper brass, aluminium and other similar materials. Making available superior quality rolls, in order to successfully meet the expectations of the customers we adopt various measures of quality control. We undertake various tests for effective evaluation of the rollers we manufacturer for which we we are well-equipped with the following:
• Rockwell hardness tester
• Portable hardness tester
• Ultrasonic flaw detector and other necessary instruments.

Further to ensure we meet the parameters of quality and need of our clients we procure raw materials in consultation with the customers. Thus manufacturing rollers that are most suitable and relevant for the customers product.

• Ensure sufficient quantity of coolant to avoid over heating of your rolls and arrange proper filtration of your coolant.
• Never put the roll immediately on the grinder after removing from the mill. Cool it before grinding.
• Thermal shocks can be avoided by warming up the rolls before putting them into the mill.
• In case of skidding, grind the barrel sufficiently to remove any possible cracks. Rolls can be checked by acid etching before they are re-used.
• Stress relieving of rolls is recommended after every re-grinding for 4 hours in an oil bath at 180 C for hardness upto 62 HRC and for 6 hours at 160C for those above 62 HRC.
• Remove at least 0-25 mm material while re-grinding the rolls. This will help in removing the work-hardened layer and minor surface cracks.
