Infrastructure Base
We have an extensive infrastructure base that is equipped with the latest tools and machinery to enhance our manufacturing process. Our manufacturing facility is spread across an area of 2200 square meters and has an installed capacity of 30 tonnes per month. We posses latest machinery such as rubber mixing mills, roll grinders, strip builders, three roll builders, vulcanisers, boilers, presses, sand blasting units, etc. We are able to supply rubber rollers upto 750mm in Diameter & 4.5 Mts. in Length. In house compounding and roller coating is carried using the most sophisticated machinery available.
Our team of experts is highly qualified and trained to make optimal use of the resources that are available to them. We have a team of dedicated Quality experts and R&D experts to ensure that all our products are equal to the standard which is demanded in the Indian market.
