Our chemical products are supplied to various industries such as Pharma, Rubber, Paper, Sugar, Fertilizer and others.

Our range comprises:

Silicone Surfactant (Wetting & Spreading Agent)
Silicone Surfactant (Wetting & Spreading Agent)

SS ARG 500 is a Super wetting Agent, which have a low molecular weight nonionic silicone polyether surfactant, developed to improve the wetting, spreading and penetration of agricultural chemicals. It may be used as a formulation ingredient in pesticide products, or as a tank-mix adjuvant for foliar applied chemicals

APPLICATIONS:
 · To enhance the performance of agricultural chemicals, especially water-soluble
broadleaf herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and plant growth regulators
· “Use as an adjuvant” refers to the use of this product as an additive to a pesticide for the purpose of enhancing the pesticide’s effectiveness for wetting more of the leaf surface (delivering the pesticide to a greater surface area for increased leaf penetration) and thereby providing rain fastness. i.e., herbicides
are not washed off by rainfall because they have penetrated into the plant surface.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

1   Type   :   Non-Ionic Silicone  surfactant.
2   Appearance: Clear amber colored liquid
3   Viscosity  : 30-60 cps
4   Density   : 0.99-1.1
5   Refractive index  :   1.445-1.460
6.  Flash Point, closed cup °C (°F) >100 (>212)

7.  Solids percent:  100%

Recommended Dosages  SS ARG 500 Super wetting Agent should be used 0.15 to 0.35 percent of total formulation required.

CHARACTERISTICS

· SS ARG 500 Super wetting Agent reduces the surface tension of aqueous agricultural mixtures significantly lower than is achievable with conventional nonionic surfactants, at concentrations as low as 0.01 percent.

· SS ARG 500 Super wetting Agent reduces surface tension below 22 dynes/cm, which produces very rapid wetting and spreading on hard-to-wet surfaces such as waxy leaves. Thus, complete coverage can be achieved with herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and other agricultural chemicals.

· In addition to the rapid wetting and spreading, SS ARG 500 Super wetting Agent also greatly increases the uptake of chemicals into
plant tissues.

 · Adding SS ARG 500   Super wetting Agent to a herbicide tank-mix may significantly enhance its efficacy, particularly in the
control of broadleaf weeds with water soluble herbicides. The rapid uptake produces “Rain fastness”.

·SS ARG 500 Super wetting Agent may be added to tank-mixes to
enhance the biological performance of the spray solution. With herbicides,

INTRODUCTION
SUPREME SILICONES SS-SF offers a wide range of silicone fluids in various viscosities that have a combination of properties that give superior performance in a wide variety of applications

DESCRIPTION
SS-SF are clear, white, inert and odourless dimethyl polysiloxane fluids. The actual viscosity is controlled within + 5% of the desired viscosity. These fluids are manufactured in the viscosity range from 20 cps to 300000 cps. Supreme also manufactures B.P. Grade Dimethicone in the viscosity range of 50 cps to 1000 cps. Intermediate viscosity grades are also available upon request.
In chemical structure Dimethyl silicone fluids are quite different from other fluids having a backbone of silicon-oxygen linkage. The advantage of this is a linkage much stronger than a typical carbon-carbon chain and is more resistant to attack by temperature extremes, oxidation, shear stresses and chemicals than other similar organic fluids and also show good dielectric properties. SS-SF
Silicone fluids are soluble in hydrocarbon solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents and low molecular weight aromatic solvents. They have limited solubility in alcohols, ethers, acetone and glycols (Solubility here depending on viscosity)

Water Repellent Coating

We are manufacturing a wide variety of Water repellent exterior Coat (SSWR1000), which is used for coating painted surfaces too, as this does not impart any color change to the substrate. It has been proven to be an excellent weather coat for all types of cement and stone surfaces and provide water repellence within 1 hour of application. The water repellence further improves over 8 hours after application.

It is a solvent soluble fast curing 30 % reactive silicone and based on silanes and siloxanes. It is also used for imparting a colorless water repellent surface finish to mineral construction material without significantly reducing water vapor permeability.

 Applications:

  • Mineral plasters
  • Mineral based natural and artificial stone
  • Aerated concrete
  • Cement fiberboards
  • Mineral paints
  • Brick works

Features:

  • Excellent penetration in absorbent mineral building materials
  • Very good alkali resistance
  • Fast curing hence imparts water repellence soon
  • Being neutral in nature, this does not impart any color change to the substrate applied  upon
  • Provides excellent water repellence and hence reduces freeze-thaw damage, cracking, spilling, chemical degradation and dirt pick up. All these increase the life of substrate and reduce maintenance cost.
  • Soluble in alcohol and petroleum based solvents such as Mineral Turpentine Oil, Diesel, Aromatic & Chlorinated solvents
  • The pores and capillaries are not sealed and hence maintain breath ability while preventing water absorption.
  • The coatings are UV stable and resistant to biological degradation.
