We have received membership from SSI and have a well equipped manufacturing unit for producing these cosmetic products according to the needs and requirements of the buyers. We manufacture these cosmetic products using superior quality raw materials like: talcum powder, perfume, magnesium carbon and zinc spearite which are procured from the local markets and also imported from USA and Arabian countries so that the final product developed is high in usage, superior in quality and completely defect free. All these raw materials are used for the production of our cosmetic products so that they are highly reliable and cost effective.


Quality
We follow strict quality standards right from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. Every product passes through the vigilance of our QC experts at each production level. The in-house quality control department conducts random inspections on a regular basis that hardly leaves any room for any compromise on the quality front. Our quality management system is strictly followed throughout the organization so as to maintain the international parameters. The QC analysts appointed by us follow the ISI standards.


Manufacturing Facility
Our production unit is equipped with the latest standardized machinery and sophisticated infrastructural facilities. Spread in an area of 10,000 sq. ft., we with the assistance of our machines have successfully met the production capacity of 1500 ton per annum. Our high tech machines can easily deliver higher output and require low maintenance. They can easily meet the desired targets by operating at higher speeds to lower down the cost of production. Our machines are set according to the specifications so as to produce solutions and mixtures as desired.


Team
We have a team of 40 professionals which include cosmetic experts. QC analysts, packaging experts, engineers, paediatrics and allied specialists who have proficient skin and hair care knowledge about the babies and elders. Our team coordinates each other and in every manufacturing process so as to minimize the wastages and increase the production output. We are supported by a squad which works in complete harmony and understanding so mas to deliver the maximum.


Packaging
All our cosmetic products are packed in a complete safe and healthy environment so that they do not cause any adverse effects on the skin and hair. Packed under the guidance and supervision of packaging specialists, our products maintain their aroma and effect. Packed using machines, their concentration do not get disturbed. They are packed in such a manner so that they can easily be used till longer durations.
