We offer customers holding magnets that can be operated in 24V with switch-on duration of 100%. The holding discs are supplied with free wire ends and magnetic holding rails with two open connection screws. Depending on applications, these magnets also help in reducing the holding area by 2.5mm in order to carry out necessary reworking. Further, for circular holding magnets, holding area can be reduced by the measure "I".

We offer our customers hump magnets that assist customers to successfully deal with ferrous tramp metal separation in gravity systems. Adaptable to either round pipe/ rectangular chute transfer lines, these magnets employ two heavy duty diverts equipped with spout magnets that are so positioned that product flowing through the hump is forced into magnetic fields.

We offer our customers suspension magnets that are installed in conveyor belts as well as are used in other industrial applications. Ideally used for removing iron from non-magnetic material present on the vibrating conveyor, belt conveyor, & electric magnetic vibrating feeding machine, our suspension magnets are also equipped with dynamo eye bolts for meeting the demands of diverse suspension purposes.

 

The use of suspension type magnets are recommended for products having low contamination. The main applications include processing of products like Sugar, Coal, Cereals, Coffee, Minerals, Glass, Culets and others. Further, their superior designs allow them to be installed either at the end of the belt above the head drum or across the conveyor belt.
