Raw Material Storage

System Arrangement :
The Skip Bucket is mounted on weighing frame, the weighing frame is suspended on 03 Load Cells, as the same cement hopper is mounted at the top of storage hopper and it is suspended on the three load cell. Individual reading can be monitored on digital display in Operator's Cabin.

The Microprocessor based controller can be programmed for required quantity of the material, number of batches etc., as per the requirements. Microprocessor based Electronic Batch Weighing module for Aggregate and Sand is of 2500 Kgs. approx. an cement hopper is of 500 Kgs. Individual cumulative total per batch can be monitored on Digital L.E.D.

On "RUN" command all aggregates and cement starts weighing one after the other, when complete batch is ready, skip shall be discharged to the storage hopper / Pan mixer. The above procedure will repeat to the preset no. of batches ( i.e. as per three/four cu/m Batch) automatically.

Water Batching:
Turbine flow meter alongwith microprocessor based electronic totaliser, ratemeter and batch controller unit, to control the water supply, to the transit mixer/pan mixer.

We manufacture ready mix concrete mix plants that are available in model “SURE-MIX” – 30 IC that has a capacity 30-35m³ per hr. This plants comprises of:

• 4 Bin system and have feeder unit of capacity of 7.5 M3. The vibrators are offered with sand bin.

• Gathering/ Weighing Conveyor:
Aggregates are discharged sequentially according to predefined set values on to the Gathering Conveyor. The Gathering Conveyor assembly is suspended on 4 load cells As soon as desired recipe of aggregates accumulates gathering conveyor discharges the mix on to the Slinger Conveyor. The Gathering Conveyor & Slinger Conveyor are provided with idlers roller guides & return roller.

• Slinger Conveyor:
These are weighing system for cement, water & additives

• Retention Hopper:
These are offered with vibrator for holding the batch of 4 aggregates before feeding to the pan type mixer.

• Pan Type Mixer:
This has a capacity of 1m³ and is is fixed on the structure of plant. The aggregates, cement, water & additives are discharged to pan mixer.

• Computerized Control Cabin:
The control panel comprises of “SCADA” Based Controller, proxy switch for each control point (Gates), display Monitor, moisture Content Display for sand bin, storage for 99 different type of mix proportions, preset batch controls the no. of batches for a transit mixer, provision for printing operating data like – Mix Proportion, Batch weight, total no. of Batches, Sub total, Gross Total, etc, automatic & manual control, 12’ x 7’ cabin size, 1.5 Tone A.C.

We have for our clients our T-80 slope compaction that is a slope compactor with hydraulic drive and vibration. This equipment is used as a slope compactor with hydraulic drive and vibration. These functioning of the equipment is given below:

• On slope of 1:2 to1: 1.5, a pair of compactors works on counter balance principle have to be linked via wire rope pulley, supported on loaded truck at the top. The mobile concrete placer designed and manufactured by us are available in the following specifications length of 56 feet pouring, height of 27 feet and capacity of 25 cum/h with hydraulic drive.

These placers are come under the brand name “SEW” and is available in 56 Feet length, pouring at the height of 27 feet. This equipment is can be folded for towing without removing discharge hopper.

Mechanical power for the conveyor is provided by 25 HP (19 Kw) Kirloskar Engine, which drives a Hydraulic Double Pump. The Main Hydraulic pump provides power for functions above A) & B), while the secondary pump powers functions C), D) & E).

Hydraulic steering which pivots the two under carriage wheels 90 Degree to the Right and 45 Degree to the Left & the steering wheel at the charging end rotates the towing hitch wheel 360 degree about its yoke. So the conveyor can be moved in a straight line & vertical too.

We have manufactured our Vibrotech T-800”that is indigenously manufactured, hydro statically driven all drum drive double drums vibrating tandem roller at par with the international standards.
