Epoxy Fibreglass Rods

We manufacturer various types of FRP plain rods, tie rods, studs shafts. These fibreglass rods are commonly used in Dry type reactors, lighting arrestors or switchgears for high voltage applications. These fibreglass rods are designed for high tensile and compressive strength. Threaded Rods & Nuts

Threaded rods & nuts are used in high voltage equipment as fastners to clamp the lead exits , terminal connections etc. For oil immersed transformers mostly impregnated densified wood based rods are preferred, where as for dry type or air based insulating medium fibreglass epoxy (FRP) threaded rods are preferred. We gurantee the thread shear load values for all available sizes M10,M12,M16,M20. These threaded rods are also offered in BSW and UNC threads. Basic material for FRP threaded rods is pultruded rounds rods, however we are capable of producing high temperature threaded rods also using material to NEMA LI-1, G11.
